First:
We need 3 to 5 additional Volunteers to help Val B. at the Mudsock Quilt Show with setting up the 6- and 8-foot tables and chairs in the church lobby, to also assist vendors with set-up before the Quilt Show 8 AM on November 9th.
Second:
We need 5 to 6 additional Volunteers to help Val B. at the Mudsock Quilt Show with replacing the 6- and 8- foot tables and chairs to the correct place at Cornerstone church and to also assist vendors with packing and carrying of their goods after the Quilt Show at 3 PM on November 9th.
Third:
We could use additional help with laying the QUILTS over the chairs in the church’s sanctuary and to safety pin numbers on the quilts, starting at 8 AM, on November 9th.
