Burrito Sewing Day
Sew a Burrito? Sure! It may not taste very good, but it will look adorable! We are planning a learn how to sew a Burrito Pillowcase class on our monthly sewing day at the Community Health Pavillion on 146th and Cumberland. Or you are invited to just join us to sew on whatever you have going.
To make the Burrito you will need to bring 3/4 yard or 27″ of main fabric, 1/4 yard or 9″ of cuff fabric, and an optional 2″ strip of accent fabric.
Also pack your sewing machine, thread, bobbin, rotary cutting supplies, and any accessory you need for sewing.
If you have spare fabric to share, please bring it for anyone who does not have child appropriate fabric. We also hope to have some fabric from the Children’s Charity on hand for use.
