Join a Group
Quilting in smaller groups is a great way to get to know people and feel like you really belong. If you do not see one that you are interested in, maybe it is time to start another one! Maybe one for paper-piecing, hexies, machine embroidery, hand quilting or a Round Robin Group! If you are interested contact any board member.
Our “Groups” are like Quilting Bees. They are a gathering of people who want to share ideas, projects and companionship. That‘s it. We encourage you to take a peek and see if any of these interest you. No sign up required.
Community Sew Bee – This group meets at Community North Health Pavilion at 146th and Cumberland. They sew on charity quilts for the Christmas Day distribution. While there you can visit the Storeroom for fabrics and batting to use in these charity quilts. This sewing date is only for Community Charity sewing.
The Delaware Bee – This group meets to sew at Delaware Township Trustee Offices, 9090 E 131st St Fishers IN. They meet the 4th Wednesday of each month, 9:30-3:00 at the Delaware Township Office Building. Bring your current projects and all sewing supplies needed to work your magic, plus an extension cord to power your machine. Lunch can be brown bag or visit one of the local eateries.
